In its activity on metal parts blanks manufacturing, used in different spheres of mechanical engineering, VolgaStalProekt LLC sets itself the strategical tasks:

1. Timely determine and satisfy the Customer’s requests during the manufacturing and shipping of reliable, qualitative and safe product

2. Preserving and strengthening the positions of high-quality product manufacturer

The goals in the field of quality are to be achieved through the solution of the tasks:

• Quality control at all production stages, timely execution of preventive and corrective actions
• Constant improving of Quality Management System and ensuring its compliance with requirements of ISO 9000 standard and IAEA guidance
• Maintaining the required level of personnel competence by constant learning, certification, retraining and professional development
• The modernizing of the production by technical upgrades of manufacturing, high-tech implementation
• Production culture improving
• The determination of responsibility and the order of interaction with suppliers
• The developing and mastering new types of products
• The increasing of the production cycle efficiency and reducing costs
• Involving all employees in goal achieving process

The superiors of VolgaStalproekt LLC take obligations on realization of this Quality Policy and take responsibility for creating the conditions for its realization, following the requirements of company’s quality management system standards.
