Punching

VolgaStalProekt LLC mastered serial production of blanks by method of hot punching with hammers and presses, including blanks of body parts for shut-off valves with nominal bore form Dy 6 to Dy 50, blanks for transport engineering, agricultural machines engineering and special engineering.

The range of mastered punching products is constantly increasing. Today there are more than 40 types available.

On our own, VolgaStalProekt LLC mastered the punching production, starting with punching construction development and tooling to mass production

Our company specialists can supply the customer with genuine construction decisions, targeted to and optimum part construction using hot punching manufacturing method.

Technical capabilities

Hot punching with hammers: weight of working parts is 1-10 tons, with crank hot punching presses with force 1600 tf, 2500 tf, 4000 tf.
Heat treatment (annealing (austenization), improving, normalizing, quenching, tempering etc.)
Tests on meeting different standards using in Russian engineering practice (GOST 8479-70; GOST 25054-81; ST CKBA; OST 108.030.113-87, OST 5R.9125-84 etc.)
Using destructive and non-destructive test methods in certified laboratories (UST, mechanical tests, intercrystalline corrosion tests, macro- and microstructure control)
