Our equipment allows to make a heat treatment of aluminum casting and wrought alloys, including GOST 1583-93, GOST 4784-97 etc. These are used in modern mechanical engineering. After performing heat treatment quality assessment of metal is performed according to regulatory documents. Furnaces are controlled by thermist’s AWP.
- Annealing furnace with cooling tank, maximum working space is 1500х1500х1500 mm, caging weight is no more than 1 ton.
- Aging furnace, maximum working space is 1500х1500х3000 mm, caging weight is no more than 2 tons.
The possibilities of heat treatment can be increased by the task specification.
